Exercise #3: Counter Push Ups

Counter push-ups are an excellent way to build upper body strength without the difficulty of traditional floor push-ups. By using a kitchen counter, sturdy table, or similar elevated surface, you reduce the amount of body weight you’re lifting while still strengthening your chest, shoulders, arms, and core.

As your strength improves, everyday activities like pushing open heavy doors, carrying groceries, getting up from the floor, and lifting objects become easier.

Remember, quality is more important than quantity. Focus on slow, controlled movement and proper form throughout each repetition.
